At the recruitment site, students had the opportunity to talk about employment opportunities with a multitude of Guanshanhu-based enterprises from various fields. Even if job seekers did not meet the requirements of a particular company, they were provided with precise recommendations for suitable positions at other companies, showing the strong cooperation among participating enterprises.

To date, this job fair series has traveled to Shanghai University of Engineering Science, Jiangsu University, and Harbin University of Commerce to conduct campus recruitment for 700 open job positions.

In the end, nearly 300 individuals reached employment intentions.

For many graduates from Guizhou, the recruitment fair not only provided a job-seeking opportunity, but also served as a sense of emotional belonging. "I have always hoped to return to Guizhou for development after graduation, but it's difficult to understand the recruitment information because every time I go home, it's always in a hurry," said Mo Guanglu, a student at Shanghai University of Engineering Science.

In recent years, Guanshanhu has been committed to creating a high-quality talent development environment, and focusing on providing comprehensive welfare and security measures to solve various difficulties regarding local development. These policies not only guide the flow of talent, but also instill confidence in the future development prospects of the district.
