Last year, Guanshanhu district in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, implemented a series of innovative reforms to stimulate market vitality.

There are currently 115,909 private economic market entities in the district, constituting 94.15 percent of the district's total market entities.

To create the most convenient service framework, Guanshanhu has further streamlined 179 district-level procedures to be handled at the village or community level. Fifteen-minute government service circles have been fully implemented throughout the district.

Diversified financing channels have been expanded as well. Leveraging the advantages of the Guizhou Financial City and the Guanshanhu Fund Town, the district has optimized "online + offline" financial services. So far, 27 financial institutions have placed 88 financial products online, while physical salons and roadshows have attracted the participation of 84 financial institutions and 248 enterprises, making it the most active credit window in the province.

In addition, private enterprises in the district have been actively assisting villages. So far, 22 agricultural villages in the district have been paired with enterprises, leading to the completion of five projects, including rural homestays, which have provided employment for over 1,000 people, resulting in an average annual increase of over 20 million yuan ($2.77 million) in income per village.

The district will continue to make significant improvements to the business environment and promote the development of close and transparent government-business relations, moving closer to the goal of creating a first-class business environment.
