Guanshanhu to distribute investment service green cards

Guanshanhu district in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, has recently issued management measures for the "investment service green card".

The "investment service green card" is divided into two categories: the enterprise card and the individual card. Cardholders, whether they are enterprises or individuals, can enjoy a series of high-quality services, including financial services, agency services, and talent services.

For financial services, the district will establish financial service platforms to assist cardholder enterprises in applying for provincial-level support funds, promoting the reduction of enterprise financing costs.

For agency services, a green channel will be set up for cardholder enterprises, providing various agency services such as business establishment, project construction, and production operation.

Talent services will include multi-channel job posting, talent recruitment, training and exchange, and policy promotion based on the employment and vocational training needs of cardholder enterprises.

For cardholder individuals, precise and high-quality services will be provided for children's enrollment, medical treatment, housing, and social security.

In addition, convenient and high-quality health and wellness services, consumption services and business services will be available for cardholder enterprises and individuals.
