Guanshanhu signs urban-rural smart transportation project

Guanshanhu district and Guiyang Infrastructure Construction & Investment Group Co signed an execution cooperation agreement for the Guiyang Urban-Rural Integration Smart Transportation Demonstration Project on Aug 28.

The project is located in Baihuahu and Zhuchang towns of Guanshanhu District in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

It will connect the three administrative villages of Zhuchang, Baihuahua and Jinhua, with a total population of over 50,000.

It will also include four sub-projects: the reconstruction of Xiaokang Road in the Baihua Lake area, the construction of the Guiyang Tourist Highway Circle Line, the intelligent system project in the Baihua Lake area, and institutional capacity building.

Moreover, it will play an important role in consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation in the three villages and promoting rural vitalization and urban-rural integration.
