Since 2021, Guanshanhu district in Guiyang has made efforts to improve people's livelihoods and achieved remarkable results in the process.
Guanshanhu has delineated seventeen 15-minute living circles to be constructed from 2021 to 2023.

There are 303 projects in total across the 17 living circles. As of the end of June, 295 projects have been completed, and the remaining eight are progressing on track.
The district has added and put into use 7,826 parking spaces since 2021.
It has also constructed and upgraded 11 agricultural markets and convenience stores for people's daily necessities, and all these projects have now been completed.
From 2021 to 2023, the district has set the target of renovating the dilapidated houses of 1,579 households.

Currently, 1,518 households have been finished, with a completion rate of 96.1 percent. The renovation of old residential areas, involving 3,434 households, has achieved a completion rate of 100 percent.
As for the work being done to improve local alleys and streets, 60 have now been renovated, with a completion rate of 100 percent.
