Guanshanhu establishes bureau of disease control, prevention

The bureau of disease control and prevention of Guanshanhu district in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, was established on May 29.

This marked a substantive and critical step in the reform of the district's disease prevention and control system, and a new journey for the district's disease control work.

The bureau will improve the work pattern involving disease control institutions, medical institutions, and grassroots medical and health institutions, to accelerate the construction of a disease prevention and control system with a complete system, scientific norms, and efficient operation.
