Guanshanhu district in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, recently organized a series of job fairs to recruit graduates from universities in Sichuan province and Chongqing municipality in Southwest China to help companies locate talent.

On April 13, the district held an on-campus job fair at Chongqing University, where 28 enterprises in the district provided more than 500 jobs in fields such as industrial manufacturing, big data, and finance.
"Chongqing University is the last stop of our trip. Since April 10, we have visited Sichuan University, Southwest Jiaotong University, Southwest University, and four other universities to carry out on-campus job fairs," said an official from the district's organizational department.

The fair attracted more than 600 university graduates and received more than 280 resumes, with nearly 200 having committed to employment agreements with enterprises.
"My company is in urgent need of a large amount of high-quality talent in computer science, finance, law, big data and a number of other fields. The cost of participating in job fairs on campuses outside the province is high, so the recruitment activities help us a lot," said Li Hao, head of the human resources department at Guizhou Zhongqian Jinke Industrial Investment Company.
Zhang Leran, a graduate of Sichuan University, said that there were many high-quality enterprises at the job fair. "Guanshanhu district is the most promising new area in Guiyang, and I hope that I will have the opportunity to work for an enterprise here."
