Guanshanhu launches winter consumption promotion activities

A series of Guanshanhu winter consumption promotion activities was launched on Nov 11, aiming to drive consumption recovery in Guanshanhu district, Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, and benefit consumers.

The event will run from Nov 11, 2022 to Feb 11, 2023 and will focus on department store retail, housing deed taxing, catering, accommodation, shopping, sports and entertainment, automobiles, and night economy, among other areas.

Residents can receive consumer vouchers through the One Ma Guizhou app. The details of the specific activities are as follows:

Accommodation, dining, entertainment, shopping promotions

For catering, accommodation, department stores, and cultural and entertainment enterprises in Guanshanhu, a joint consumption promotion activity will be adopted. The activity will last from Nov 13, 2022 to Feb 11, 2023.

Consumers can enter the consumption coupon area of Guanshanhu through the One Ma Guizhou app and purchase related promotional packages.

After purchase, consumers can show the order number of the package and their mobile phone number to use the coupon in-person at participating merchant stores.

Automobile promotions

The activity will last from Nov 11, 2022 to Feb 11, 2023.

After placing an order at participating car dealership stores, consumers can fill in the corresponding information to apply for consumption coupons through the One Ma Guizhou app.

The One Ma Guizhou platform will review and issue consumer coupons within seven working days.

Consumers who buy new energy vehicles worth 100,000 yuan ($14,185.5) to 300,000 yuan can receive a subsidy of 2,000 yuan per vehicle, and if they purchase a vehicle over 300,000 yuan, they can receive a subsidy of 3,000 yuan in consumption coupons.

Nighttime economy promotions

At nighttime consumption areas in Guanshanhu, a joint promotion activity will be carried out from Nov 20, 2021 to Feb 11, 2023.

The event consumption voucher will offer a 40 yuan discount for purchases over 200 yuan and can be used at participating brick-and-mortar merchant stores.

Property deed tax consumption coupons

The application period for the coupons is from Nov 1 to Dec 31.

For those who purchase new commercial housing in Guanshanhu before April 28, 2022 and register for real estate within the relevant time period, consumption coupons will be issued at 30 percent of the deed tax paid.

For those who purchase new commercial housing less than 90 square meters in Guanshanhu after April 28, consumption coupons will be issued at 100 percent of the deed tax paid, and if the new commercial housing is more than 90 square meters, consumption coupons will be issued at 80 percent of the deed tax paid.

Department store retail promotions

This event is mainly aimed at consumption in places related to catering, supermarkets, culture, film and television, leisure and entertainment, and sports and fitness and will last from Nov 11 to Dec 31.

Consumers can receive vouchers on the "Guanguan Haohuiwan" platform and spend at designated places within the specified time frame.
