The Evergrande Central Park residential community in Jinheng community, Jinhuayuan sub-district – located in the Guanshanhu district of Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province – warmly welcomed 41 families recently that were released from centralized isolation for COVID-19.
On the day, arches of colorful balloons decorated the residential buildings.
The neighbors also prepared gift bags for the returnees containing grapefruit, apples, dumplings and others.
"My child is only 2 months old. Although the diet and daily life and protective measures were in place during the isolation period, it is definitely better to be home," said a returning resident.
In addition, the community staff members prepared packs containing pork, various vegetables, ginger and garlic prepared by the sub-district for the 41 families.
Under the pandemic prevention and control regulations, after centralized isolation is lifted, residents must continue to implement home isolation for three days.
The sub-district and community will provide necessary services, coordinate and help with the daily needs of the returnees and assist in any medical treatment that is required at any time.
