From Sept 20, taxis and online car-hailing vehicles in Guiyang – capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province – resumed operations in an orderly and general way, while buses also adjusted their operations according to the relevant requirements.
This was in accordance with the regulations in the Guiyang classified and orderly flow work plan for COVID-19 pandemic prevention and control.

In the Guanshanhu district of the city, taxis and online-hailing cars must strictly implement the restricted range and only operate in districts and counties where normalized epidemic prevention and control measures are implemented. Drivers need to monitor their health at least twice a day.
Also, drivers should take the initiative to check the health code, itinerary code and 72-hour nucleic acid test negative certificate of the passengers.
Those who do not meet the requirements face being rejected. If any abnormality – a yellow code, or red code – is found, drivers can dial 12345 on the spot to follow instructions and wait for instructions.
There is one taxi company in Guanshanhu, with 153 taxis in operation.
Among the 18 online car-hailing companies, six have resumed operations, with about 3,000 vehicles.
In addition, the 5,000 shared electric bicycles in the district resumed services on Sept 21.
