The center adopts a simple and atmospheric decoration style, and the exterior facade is based on the Danxia landform in Guizhou.
It has eight floors with a total area of 120,000 square meters. It will become Guizhou's cross-border cultural trend communication center, the first immersive shopping center in Southwest China, and a Guizhou new retail digital strong experience center.

Tianlai Guizhou, a 40,000-sq-m underground commercial complex built by the center and the first 18-meter-high underground immersive replica landscape commercial street in Guizhou, features simulations of Huangguoshu Waterfall, Xiaoqikong Scenic Spot, Jiaxiu Pavilion and other famous tourist attractions in Guizhou.
This allows people to immerse themselves in the history and attractions of Guizhou and experience the cultural tourism scenic spots.
"The opening of the Lavant Center has helped enrich new scenes of diversified consumption in the district and create a high-end fashion shopping center. Moving forward, while continuing with pandemic prevention and control efforts, we will drive consumption expansion and quality in multiple dimensions so as to fully stimulate the vitality of the consumer market," said Liu Min, director of Guanshanhu district's investment promotion bureau.
