Guanshanhu enacts measures to optimize talent development environment

Guanshanhu district in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, enacted 10 measures to optimize its talent development environment and strengthen its high-quality development.

For key industries, a monthly salary subsidy of 500 ($79.02) to 3,000 yuan per person will be granted for the introduction of full-time professional and technical talent.

High-level talent who move to Guanshanhu will receive a one-time settlement fee of 12,000 to 60,000 yuan.

Those who have obtained national vocational qualification certificates or skill level certificates will be granted a one-time subsidy of 1,000 to 8,000 yuan.

The district will also offer up to 5 million yuan to people who bring projects, technologies, and funds to the district to start a business, and a workplace of up to 500 square meters in size will be provided free of charge.

Qualified "Guiyang Talent Service Green Card" holders will be granted a housing subsidy of up to 1 million yuan, a monthly living allowance of 800 to 10,000 yuan, and an annual medical insurance subsidy of 800 to 3,000 yuan.

Meanwhile, Guanshanhu will give a respective entrepreneurial guaranteed loan of 200,000 yuan to entrepreneurial talent and 3 million yuan to small and micro-sized enterprises that meet certain conditions.

In addition, support funds of up to 5 million yuan will be given to newly identified innovation platforms, incubation bases, and maker spaces in the district.
