A public toilet in Guanshanhu Park on Wenqu Road – in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province – recently completed a full upgrading project, winning the public's attention for its beautiful design, convenient facilities and 24-hour hot water supply.
The revamped toilet facility comes equipped with appealing ship and galley-styled tiles, hand dryers, soap dispensers, tissue boxes, hand sinks for children and two shower rooms.
It is Guanshanhu Park's first innovated toilet to go into use, with seven more toilets set to be revamped. Each toilet will reportedly adopt different designs, to showcase Guanshanhu's various features.
The upgradings are also designed to adjust the entrance and windows of the toilets to provide more privacy for users, as well as to improve the drainpipe network and ventilation to prevent malodorous smells.
