Guanshanhu signs agreement with SPIC Guizhou Jinyuan Co

Guanshanhu district in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, signed a cooperation agreement on a new project with SPIC Guizhou Jinyuan Co on Sept 1.

SPIC Guizhou Jinyuan Co has reportedly participated in Guanshanhu's development and construction since 2005 and has previously built one residential community and one high-end hotel.

It is understood that the cooperation agreement marks a new stage in the relationship between the two sides.

As a result, Guanshanhu is expected to continue to improve its business environment and provide better services for SPIC Guizhou Jinyuan Co.

Huang He, vice-president of SPIC Guizhou Jinyuan Co, said his group would contribute to Guanshanhu's high-quality development.
