New cultural center and library open to public in Guiyang

The cultural center and library of Guanshanhu district in Guiyang, the capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, were put into use on Feb 9.

The cultural center has three primary areas for cultural activities, business and management. It is equipped with rehearsal rooms, multi-function rooms, exhibition rooms, recording studios and piano rooms.

The library is outfitted with reading rooms for the general public, children and the blind. The cultural center and the library total three stories with an area of more than 5,000 square meters.

The facilities will play a key role in inheriting traditional Chinese culture and promoting Guanshanhu's culture industry.
