By the end of 2019, Guanshanhu had fully utilized its cultural publicity, education and fitness resources by establishing cultural service centers in villages and communities.
At the conclusion of last year, all its sub-districts had access to fitness facilities and the average area of sports venues per person had reached 2.21 square meters. In addition, the completion of Guanshanhu ecological sports park and the second stage of the Guiyang Olympic Sports Center will further boost the district's culture and sports industries.
Using major festivals as opportunities, Guanshanhu organized cultural activities that were warmly received by local residents, enabling them to join in with the creation of a harmonious community.
