The 'Regional Headquarters of Foreign Financial Institutions' area is located at Guizhou Financial City in Guanshanhu district, and has a construction area of 5,000 square meters.
With a total investment of 300 million yuan ($42.21 million), the project aims to attract foreign institutions to set up their regional headquarters in Guanshanhu district, promoting the development of the district's modern service industry and perfecting its industrial structure.
The project is blessed with a prime location. The settled foreign institutions are able to enjoy a comprehensive public transportation system covering high-speed trains, buses, BRT and metros. Guiyang North Railway Station, a 15-minute drive from the Regional Headquarters of Foreign Financial Institutions, is a major traffic hub connecting with Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Changsha, Xiamen, Chongqing, Chengdu, Kunming and other cities.
As an important part of Guizhou Financial City, the project also enjoys a sound business environment. To date, Guizhou Financial City has attracted more than 30 financial institutions and 200 financial intermediaries, forming an industrial development pattern based on traditional financial institutions and led by big data and internet finance.
In addition, the district will give full support in terms of relaxing market access, reducing investment costs and guiding the industrial fund depending on financial institutions' quality and their contribution. The district will also recommend preferential policies to different foreign-invested enterprises.
