Big Data Industrial Park

The Big Data Industrial Park consists of the Guiyang Big Data Innovative Industry (Technology) Development Center, a Call and Services Outsourcing Center, an E-commerce Development Center, a Blockchain Innovative Development Center, a Big Data Exchange Center, and an Internet-connected Financial Center.

It prioritizes the application of big data to the real economy, ensures the integration and co-existence of big data in governmental, civilian and commercial aspects, and promotes the application of big data in the Finance & Exhibition Industrial Park, the Geely Auto Industrial Park, and the High-speed Train-connected Industrial Park. It is developing into the core area of China’s Data Valley with a cluster of big data industries, an integration of big data and the real economy, prominent development of innovative capabilities of big data industries, and high-quality big data services.

The Big Data Industrial Park is so far home to about 240 such enterprises. It has built four calling services parks with over 3,000 seats and attracted 10 well-known services outsourcing and calling service firms. A total of 17,000 seats are operational to meet the needs of their clients in outsourcing and calling services.

Statistics show that the revenue of local big data industry’s main business reached 8 billion yuan ($1.1 billion) and the earnings from software and information services were 3.1 billion yuan ($438.1 million) in 2018.
