Located on Beijing West Road, Guanshanhu district, Century Golden Resources Shopping Mall is a comprehensive plaza offering dining, shopping and entertainment. It has a total floor area of over 300,000 square meters and there are more than 3,000 parking spaces. It is divided into buildings A, B, C and D. Block A is the location of Modern Capital TP-MALL.

Building D houses the famous home furnishing materials brand, Easyhome; and buildings B and C mainly house self-owned brands. The four buildings form a unique super-large shopping complex. There are counters for brands such as AX, CK, Huawei and Apple, as well as the Womei Cinema, children's playgrounds, various beverage stores, and food courts.
