Based on the nine cities and prefectures in Guizhou, Guizhou Folk Culture City has set up nine pavilions to showcase local snacks, such as Guiyang's Changwang Noodles, Zunyi's shrimp and mutton noodles, Qiandongnan's sour soup fish, Bijie's Dafang tofu, and Tongren's Shefan.
