Yunyan district opens new cultural practice center

​Yunyan district, Guiyang city of Southwest China's Guizhou province, promoted its civilized city construction efforts by opening a new cultural practice center on July 4 to carry out cultural voluntary service activities in the district's 28 communities and towns.
