As of Oct 7, 35 industrial enterprises above a designated size – those with annual output value of 20 million yuan ($2.81 million) or more – in Yunyan district, Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, had resumed operations.
Some supermarkets, restaurants, fresh fruit and vegetable shops, barber shops and other stores in Yunyan have opened in an orderly manner since Sept 26, to the delight of residents.
