Yunyan teams up with company to promote development

The signing ceremony for a cooperation agreement between Guiyang's Yunyan district and China Construction Fourth Engineering Division (Guizhou) Investment and Construction Co took place on March 29.

At the signing ceremony, Ma Yijun, deputy secretary of the Party committee and general manager of China Construction Fourth Engineering Division (Guizhou) Investment and Construction Co, introduced the company's development history, business layout, and future plans. He also expressed gratitude to Yunyan for its long-term care and support to the company.

Ma stated that the company will fully leverage its advantages across the entire industrial chain, making good use of its experience in urban development, construction, and renovation. It plans to deepen its cooperation with Yunyan in areas such as urban village renovation, urban renewal, investment attraction, low-carbon digital neighborhood design and transformation, and revitalization of existing asset resources, to promote the district's high-quality development.

Wang Qiyun, secretary of the CPC Yunyan district committee, noted that currently, Yunyan is fully seizing policy opportunities in urban renovation and renewal, as it is striving to promote the improvement and enhancement of its urban appearance. The district is also focused on accelerating the transformation and upgrading of its industrial formats, as well as expanding and strengthening its economic capacity.

Yunyan will provide all-round services to guarantee smooth cooperation between the two parties, Wang added.
