Xifeng's Tuanyuan Mountain Forest Park undergoes cleanup

Located close to downtown Xifeng and free to the public, the park is a popular spot for locals to stroll and relax. Atop the mountain, the four-story Lanyue Tower offers panoramic views of Xifeng county.

During the cleanup, workers trimmed roadside trees and landscaped plants around the park entrance and public square, clearing dead and broken branches. Sanitation crews swept the square, pressure-washed the parking lot, and removed floating debris and litter from the pond and its surroundings.

Workers also focused on areas where fallen branches and leaves had accumulated over time. They collected the material and transported it away to reduce combustible vegetation on the forest floor. This not only improved the park's appearance but also helped reduce fire risk during autumn and winter.

After the cleanup, the park has a cleaner, safer environment, giving residents a more comfortable place to walk, jog, and enjoy family outings.
