Xifeng county has focused on addressing villagers' needs by improving rural infrastructure and enhancing living conditions over the past five years. The county has completed 62 village road construction projects with a total length of 271.35 kilometers, and installed more than 14,300 streetlights across rural areas.

Guanghua village in Yanglongsi town installed 120 streetlights last year, solving villagers' difficulties with nighttime walking.

Newly paved concrete roads in Qianjin village, Xiaozhaiba town, now lead directly to villagers' doorsteps. "The road used to be full of potholes, and farm vehicles couldn't get through," said villager Wang Derong. "Now, tricycles can drive right up to my home, making it much easier to transport goods."

"Now, people dance, chat, and spend time together every evening at the square, making the village much livelier."
