Xifeng ensures smooth college entrance exams

Xifeng county has taken multiple measures – including equipment maintenance, training for examination staff members, and service assurance – to support the smooth conduct of the college entrance examination and better serve the candidates.

A total of 1,315 candidates in Xifeng county participated in the exams, which were held at Xifeng No 1 High School, with 49 standardized examination rooms set up.

Before the exams, professionals inspected, tested, and conducted trial runs of core equipment, including monitoring systems, audio devices, and power supply facilities, ensuring all standardized exam tools were fully prepared.

Examination staff members and invigilators were carefully selected and underwent comprehensive training focused on exam regulations, operational procedures, emergency handling, and disciplinary protocols. Personnel in key roles, including security checks, identity verification, and test paper distribution, carried out specialized drills to ensure zero errors in exam management.

To meet candidates' needs, professional teachers and psychological counselors visited schools and classrooms to deliver mental health lectures and provide individual guidance. Timely information on exam policies, rules, and important reminders was also shared through both online and offline channels.

In addition, measures such as strict public security enforcement, traffic management, emergency medical services, and noise control were implemented, creating a supportive examination environment across the community.
