Xifeng's village holds 'Sanyuesan' folk culture event

A "Sanyuesan" folk culture event was held at Tianzhuping Cultural Square in Dashitou village, Luwo town, Xifeng county, on April 19.

Villagers dressed in traditional ethnic costumes welcomed guests with rice wine and melodious mountain songs. A series of cultural performances followed, including Lusheng dance, ethnic dances, and traditional music ensembles.

An exhibition and sales area for local agricultural specialties was also set up at the venue, with products such as eggs, high-altitude Miao rice, and honey proving popular among visitors.

"The ethnic culture here is vibrant, the rural atmosphere is authentic, the air is fresh, and the climate is pleasant. I would definitely like to come again," said a visitor surnamed Du.

Zuo Zhaoqian, Party secretary of Dashitou village, said the village is harnessing its healthy natural environment and rich folk culture to develop rural tourism, and welcomes all to come experience it.
