Xifeng county has accelerated the revitalization of idle rural assets through its Rural Property Rights Comprehensive Service Information Platform. To date, the platform has listed 1,831 projects, completed 1,016 transactions, and recorded a total transaction value of 180 million yuan ($26.05 million), injecting sustained momentum into rural vitalization.

In Sanyou village, a 2,000-square-meter chicken coop that had been left idle for years was publicly leased through the platform, attracting enterprise investment to develop poultry breeding operations. The move not only revitalized collective assets but also generated stable income for the village collective.
In July 2025, more than 80 mu (5.3 hectares) of land in Xiaobao village was transferred via the platform. The lessee expanded its ecological fish farming base, achieving business growth while increasing farmers' incomes and strengthening the villag's collective economy.
As a national pilot county for standardized rural property rights transfer and trading, Xifeng has adopted a model that combines the internet and with smart rural property rights services.
The platform enables the entire process – from information release and online bidding to contract signing and certification – to be completed online. It also offers supporting services such as asset evaluation, financing, and dispute mediation, creating a full-chain solution covering evaluation, transactions and financing.
