Xifeng's rice sold at national trade fair

Tribute rice planted in Xishan township, Xifeng county, Guiyang, was showcased at the 2025 Geographical Indication (GI) Industry Development Exchange Conference and GI Products Trade Fair held in Jinan, Shandong province, on Nov 21.

Tribute rice is known for its plump grains and excellent taste. Also on display from Guiyang were kiwifruits from Xiuwen county, celebrated for their balanced sweet-tart flavor and rich nutrients; chilies grown in Huaxi district, widely favored by the culinary sector for their strong aroma and smooth heat; and Huangba (yellow rice cake) from Qingzhen, distinguished by its soft and glutinous sweetness.

Participating enterprises from Guiyang also reached preliminary cooperation agreements with eight companies from across the country on that day.
