Only by building more beautiful rural areas can farmers enjoy happy and fulfilling lives.
This year, Xifeng county in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, has focused on strengthening rural governance. In the first three quarters, 614 households started toilet renovations, with a commencement rate of 98.24 percent, while 479 households completed these renovations.
