While the summer months typically mark the off-season for hot spring resorts across the nation, hot springs in Xifeng county, Guiyang are defying the trend as they continue to gain popularity and momentum.

Xifeng county boasts a daily hot spring outflow of over 2,000 metric tons, with water temperatures consistently ranging between 53 to 56 degrees Celsius. The waters are crystal clear, colorless and odorless.

According to authoritative institutions such as the Institute of Geochemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Xifeng hot springs are classified as "radon springs rich in metasilicic acid and strontium, with a heavy bicarbonate calcium composition."

Over the years, Xifeng's hot springs have evolved into a comprehensive hot spring tourism and resort destination, offering a diverse array of services that include summer retreats, rehabilitation, wellness vacations, hot spring tourism, cultural experiences, and health management.

The Nanshan Tianmu Hot Spring in Xifeng is a prime example. Its operator has expanded its wellness offerings, creating three distinct wellness models: hot spring therapy, forest therapy, and traditional Chinese medicine therapy.

It has introduced various wellness packages tailored to different demographics, establishing it as a provincial forest wellness pilot base.

The Nanshan Tianmu Hot Spring consistently ranks first on lists such as Guiyang's Douyin hot spring sales, as well as other popularity and favorites lists.

In November of last year, the Nanshan Tianmu Hot Spring was officially designated as a labor model recuperation base in Guiyang, marking another milestone in its journey towards excellence.
