During the upcoming May Day holiday, distinctive roadside concerts will be held in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

The roadside concert to be held at Zhucheng Square in Nanming district will last five days and feature various cultural performances such as the large-scale ethnic costume shows, street dancing, and square dancing. Additionally, a special goods fair will be set up at the square, integrating music and shopping.
Notably, Huaxi district will invite outstanding performers from both at home and abroad to launch a five-day roadside accordion concert series. The Central Conservatory of Music will play classic pieces from around the world, and Yuri Shishkin, a distinguished Russian musician, will showcase his skills and rich expressiveness by performing over 10 classic pieces, offering visitors a world-class accordion performance.
In celebration of the May Day and the Youth Day, Guanshanhu district also plans to pay a tribute to workers and showcase the ambition of young people through vibrant concerts featuring pop, rock, folk, electronic and other music styles.
