Xifeng's 1st automated vaccine administration station starts operating

In a bid to enhance vaccine cold chain management and ensure precise and safe vaccine administration, Xifeng county's first automated vaccine administration station was officially launched on Jan 1 at the Yongyang Sub-district Community Health Service Center.

The automated station streamlines processes such as vaccine storage, retrieval, and distribution, significantly boosting vaccination efficiency and accuracy.

Featuring segmented storage lanes tailored to varying vaccine quantities, the system utilizes real-time electronic tags for inventory updates, enabling comprehensive traceability throughout the vaccine production, distribution, and injection chain.

During vaccination, personnel input the recipient's required vaccine, with backend systems automatically verifying personal information for accurate dispensing. This meticulous process ensures the right person receives the correct vaccine, enhancing overall safety.
