Xifeng offers good environment for private enterprises

In recent years, Xifeng county in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, has been working to improve its services to boost the development of local private enterprises.

Guizhou Taiyuan Nano Calcium Industry Technology Co, established in 2011, is an enterprise above designated size with a registered capital of 39 million yuan ($5.41 million) in Shitong town, Xifeng.

The company develops, produces and sells calcium oxide, calcium hydroxide, light calcium carbonate, heavy calcium carbonate, nano calcium and crushed stone products used in metallurgy, building materials, environmental protection and other industries. It currently has an annual output value of 120 million yuan.

In 2022, the company paid nearly 14 million yuan in taxes and employed 142 local residents.

Deng Xianyu, the company's executive deputy general manager, expressed his gratitude for the support of the Party committee and government of Xifeng, especially in terms of transportation guarantees, which have greatly improved the company's competitiveness.

Moving forward, Xifeng will continue to enhance the county's environment and improve its services, including door-to-door policies helping enterprises with project declaration.
