Guiyang in Southwest China's Guizhou province has recently identified Nanshan Station in Xifeng county as a 3A-level scenic spot.
Located in Li'an village of Yongjing town, Nanshan Station occupies an area of about 80,000 square meters, with a forest coverage rate reaching 70 percent. The station's negative oxygen ion concentration in the air exceeds 5,000 per square centimeter.
In July 2020, Nanshan Station was selected to be part of the first batch of municipal sanatoriums for model workers.
The hot spring at the station is alkalescent, rich in silicic acid, sodium carbonate, sulphur, and radon, which are good to human bodies. The hot spring meets China's standard of hot springs for medical use.
The outdoor camping site of the station is divided into many functional areas for children, adults and team building.
The station also boasts a large forest restaurant that can accommodate 120 diners.
