Xifeng county in Guiyang, Southwest China's Guizhou province has been making strong efforts to boost development in the province, focusing on industry, city construction, rural vitalization, tourism, environmental protection, people's livelihoods and talent reserves.

The government has established a system for carrying out industrial projects that includes agreement signing as well as project launching, construction, completion and operation.

Over the first 10 months of this year, the county reported 11 completed projects, and construction on all 35 15-minute living circles began.
