Talent retention work session held

Xifeng county in Guiyang, Southwest China's Guizhou province, held a work session on Aug 19 to discuss college graduate retention work.

The meeting encouraged related government bodies to create more high-salary jobs for college graduates and organize job fairs inside and outside the county to attract more talent to work or start businesses in Xifeng.

Officials were urged to fulfill their respective responsibilities, fully understand the employment situation of college graduates this year, and ensure that all tasks and goals are completed on time.
