The government of Xifeng county, Guiyang, Southwest China's Guizhou province, signed investment project agreements involving a total investment of 484 million yuan ($72.31 million) with two biomedicine companies – Sichuan Chenghua Bio-technology Co and Guizhou Yongnuo Feite Biomedicine Co – respectively, on July 1.

Huang Qingdong, president of Sichuan Chenghua Bio-technology Co, and Ran Gang, president of Guizhou Yongnuo Feite Biomedicine Co, expressed their confidence at the project signing ceremony about the future development prospects of Xifeng.

At the event, He Ming, head of the county's government, hailed the successful signing of agreements for two biomedicine projects, citing Xifeng as a place with supportive policies, complete basic infrastructure, and a business-friendly environment.

He said that the two firms moving into the county will address the county's shortage of medical raw materials and fill the related void. He expressed hope that the two firms will attract more investment in Xifeng from business partners. The government will consistently offer one-stop, full-life-cycle services to ensure the early launch, completion, and operation of investment projects.
