Xifeng county in Guiyang, Southwest China's Guizhou province, has rolled out an action plan to boost its overall competence by focusing on attracting talent attraction, reforming the household registration, and improving the business environment.
The government has completed construction on the main-structure of 115 sets of talent apartments and collected employment information on 7,164 college graduates. This year, the county also plans to introduce 78 high-end personnel.
Authorities will also continue to strengthen household registration reforms to simplify procedures needed for population transfer. Xifeng is currently home to 2,521 new permanent residents.
In addition, the county plans to work harder to better serve local businesses, and business operators can find their corresponding service institutes based on their locations.
