Xifeng county in Guiyang, Southwest China's Guizhou province, has established an e-commerce business operation center that consists of makerspaces, multi-purpose talent cultivation rooms, a data center, areas for e-commerce firms, livestreaming rooms, an agricultural product origin tracing center, and an agricultural product development room.

The center supports exhibitions, exchange and trainings, business incubation, brand cultivation, marketing strategy promotion and other activities.

The county's agriculture product promotion center provides visual data support and information services for the supply and demand sides.

A series of county-level public brands and special online product brands have been cultivated in Xifeng, while the Tongcuncun e-commerce logistic system and 54 village-level logistic stations have also been set up.

Via video link, 12,435 people have participated in the online promotion skill training sessions. An e-commerce livestreaming training base was established, which held five e-commerce training activities in 2021, attended by 1,500 e-commerce practitioners.

Last year, Xifeng registered 195 million yuan ($29.04 million) in online retail sales, 10 times more than in 2017. The county has become a national rural e-commerce demonstration county.
