Xifeng attracts and retains talents in talent month

May marked the "talent month" for Guiyang and Guian New Area in the Southwest China's Guizhou province. Xifeng county proactively responded to the provincial five-year campaign to make Guiyang stronger, as well as the strategy to develop Guiyang and Guian through ecological restoration, industry enhancement, digital economy and talent construction.

Enterprises were organized to attend the 10th Guizhou Professionals Convention, and publicize their positions needed on official websites and WeChat public accounts.

The 34 talent service teams in the county have visited enterprises one by one to learn about their specific needs. Management specialists, high-quality talents, industry experts and young talent representatives were invited to offer proposals and suggestions on the county's talent recruitment policy.

According to a county government official, Xifeng will subsidize high-level personnel and urgently needed talents with living and housing allowance ranging from 30,000 yuan ($4,476) to 150,000 yuan.
