Electrolyte project worth 380m yuan settles in Xifeng

A signing ceremony between the Xifeng government in Guiyang, a city in Southwest China's Guizhou province, and Hunan Hangsheng New Energy Materials Co was held on Aug 20, marking the settlement of a new electrolyte project that involves 380 million yuan ($ 57 million) in investment.

The annual output of the project is estimated at 20,000 metric tons of electrolyte. 

The project will be located on Dongkou Mountain in Xiaozhaiba town, occupying an area of 13.33 hectares. 

He Ming, head of the Xifeng government, congratulated on the signing of the project, and pointed out the conducive locations, preferential policies and solid industrial foundation of Xifeng county. 

He highlighted cooperation with the company as an opportunity in the nation's call to develop batteries and a result of scientific decision-making.

He urged the two sides to combine their own strengths – Xifeng will continue to optimize its business environment and offer high-quality services to enterprises, while the company will make full use of opportunities granted by policies and markets and make contributions to the local economy.
