Guizhou establishes national technical standard innovation base

The national technical standard innovation base (Guizhou big data) was recently approved by the National Standardization Administration and officially established in Guiyang, the capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

Guizhou started to prepare for the establishment of the base in January 2018 to stimulate its digital economy development. With advantages in big data development, Guizhou has collected and applied innovative achievements of big data technology and promoted the creation of big data standards.

Currently, the base has 14 specialized committees and six public service platforms. It has also presided over or participated in the creation of more than 200 technical standards.
