Xifeng county in Southwest China's Guizhou province has recently carried out winter vocational skills training work, according to local officials.
The county has formulated both a vocational skills improvement action plan and a winter vocational skills improvement training plan.
The Xifeng human resources and social security bureau broadcast the skills training policies through radio, television, LED screens and elevator screens, in order to expand policy coverage. It also promoted its vocational skills training policies to workers and enterprises in its jurisdiction through door-to-door visits, WeChat, and QQ, increasing people's awareness of the training so that workers are able to participate in it and enterprises can take the initiative to develop their own.
