Rural complex in Ganzi village, Xifeng county

Located in Ganzi village -- in Wenquan town, Xifeng county in China's Southwest Guizhou province -- this project relies on the natural, human and historical resources of Ganzi village to create a rural complex that integrates religious history and culture, zen-inspired villas, country inns, agritainment and rural tourism.

Taking advantage of its proximity to the hot springs town -- and exploring its local history, people, religion and nature – this rural complex is developing tourism projects including high-quality agriculture, health care and zen villas. It will help drive rural economic development and improve the quality of life for inhabitants, creating a demonstration project for beautiful villages.

The total investment of the project is 243.94 million yuan ($34.37 million).

Rural complex development in Sanjiao village, Xifeng county

This project boasts major attractions featuring agricultural leisure, an orchard, an adventure to see local ancient steles – or ancient inscribed stones -- and mountain exploration. It will involve construction of a tourist reception center, establishment of tours of the steles in the nearby forest, a homestay inn, a four season orchard and outdoors center.

The project covers a total area of 133 hectares and a total construction area of 28,500 square meters.

The agricultural leisure area alone covers an area of 67 ha and has a construction area of 15,000 square meters. The ecological orchard covers an area of 33 ha, with a construction area of 5,000 square meters. The stele experience area in the forest covers an area of 13 ha and a construction area of 6,000 square meters. The mountain experience area covers 20 ha with a construction area of 2,500 square meters.

Dizhai Spring Town development in Xifeng county

Located in Dizhaiheba district, Xifeng county, Guiyang city -- capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province -- this project boasts an area of 200 hectares and a total construction area of 430,000 square meters.

The project revolves around guests' accommodation, food, travel, entertainment, shopping -- and offers various hot springs activities, creating a thematic and hot spring smart health resort experience.

The project has five major functional zones: a hot springs health care, romantic town, sports and amusement, modern agriculture and health care.

Wujiangxia scenic area tourism development

The planned tourism development for Wujiangxia Scenic Area in Xifeng county -- in Guiyang, capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province -- has a total construction area of 121,300 square meters.

Total investment of this project is 220 million yuan ($31.14 million) and the total planned area of its first phase is 4.2 hectares (check).
