Since the beginning of 2019, Xifeng county in Guiyang, the capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, has launched a "four services" initiative to create an open, convenient, high-quality, efficient and stable business environment by further simplifying business processes, reducing the costs of doing business, and optimizing the business environment in the county.
According to local officials, the county has 3,660 newly registered market entities, a year-on-year increase of 120 percent.
The "four services" initiative covers the areas of enterprise registration and approval, taxation, financing and credit, and talent recruitment.
In terms of talent recruitment, the local government has helped enterprises organize four job fairs and more than 1,200 initial employment agreements have been reached.
