Guizhou zhengping folk culture complex project settled in Xifeng County

On Sept 27, Xifeng county and Zhengping Road & Bridge Construction Co held a signing ceremony for the Guizhou Zhengping Folk Culture Complex Project.

Zhuo Fei, Secretary of County Party Committee, Liao Yong, Deputy Secretary of County Party Committee and mayor, Hu Yong, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress, Wang Yongping, Chairman of the County Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), Lou Guo, Deputy Secretary of County Party Committee, and Chen Bangyi, Wang Fei, Zhang Xiaoming and other county leaders participated in the ceremony.

On the same day, Liao Yong signed a formal cooperation agreement with Zhang Haiming, president of Zhengping Road & Bridge Construction Co., Ltd. Zhuo Fei, Hu Yong, Wang Yongping, Lou Guo and personnel from Qinghai Zhengping Road & Bridge Construction Co., Ltd. witnessed the signing ceremony.

At the signing ceremony, Jin Shengguang, chairman of Qinghai Zhengping Road & Bridge Construction Co., Ltd. introduced the basic circumstances and construction plans of the project.

Guizhou Zhengping Folk Culture Complex Project was developed and operated by a project company jointly established by Xifeng Tourism Investment and Zhengping Investment. Of which Xifeng Tourism Investment invested by instalments its four plots of land in Baixiangshan Village, Xishan Town, Xifeng County, accounting for 29.17 percent. The project will deeply explore the folk culture of Guizhou ethnic minorities, deeply integrate cultural tourism, commerce and life, and create a new Guizhou cultural tourism landmark that fully displays the local folk culture in Guizhou and Southwest China, integrating catering, entertainment, business and social functions.

It is reported that the project will be carried out in two phases. The fixed assets investment of the first phase is about 600 million RMB. A small town with characteristic folk culture will be built, covering an area of about 195.86 mu. The second phase of the construction is centered on integrated commercial and other forms of business, covering an area of about 304.14 mu.

Liao Yong pointed out that the signing of the project is another major event in Xifeng tourist industry and a major event in the economic and social development of the county. The departments involved should strengthen connections, use the big data network, unify operation, revenue, financing, carry out scientific management, and promote the quick implementation of the project, to prepare a solid foundation for the development of Xifeng folk cultural economy, injecting a strong impetus for the construction of the "radon hot spring Xifeng".

Zhuo Fei welcomed the arrival of Jin Shengguang and his group and congratulated them on the signing. Zhuo Fei pointed out that as the "north gate" of Guiyang City, Xifeng has an advantageous geographical position; the Chongqing–Guiyang high-speed railway passes through the county, crossing its north and south. The roads open out in all directions. The Communist Revolution tourist attractions abound. And the exceptionally good radon hot springs are all over the county.

Zhuo Fei required that relevant departments should provide detailed information on the resources of the county for enterprise development and project construction, create a good service environment for the enterprise, support, serve, and ensure the development of the enterprise. It is necessary to promote project construction with high standards and high efficiency, strive for early start, early production, and early results. And make sure when the project is completed, it will fully demonstrate the folk cultural characteristics of Guizhou and Xifeng, and it will become a new economic growth engine, and achieve a win-win situation as soon as possible.
