Guiyang and Fuzhou promote culture and tourism cooperation

Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, and Fuzhou, capital of East China's Fujian province, held a culture and tourism exchange meeting in Fuzhou on Nov 12.

Representatives from tourism departments, travel agencies, mainstream media outlets, and we-media organizations attended the meeting.

Officials from the tourism departments of Guiyang and Fuzhou introduced local natural scenery, historical and cultural heritage items, food cultures, and vibrant modern urban landscapes.

Travel agencies from both cities also shared ideas on tourism route design. Guiyang and Fuzhou's mainstream media networks also interacted to promote tourism and cooperation between the two cities.

Both sides will engage in mutual visits to promote tourism exchange and cooperation. They will also collaborate with mainstream media and internet influencers to create short videos and content and promote them across multiple platforms.

In recent years, Fuzhou and Guiyang have engaged in various forms of cooperation, leading to increasingly closer tourism exchanges. This exchange meeting is expected to entice more people to learn about and visit Fujian and Guizhou.
