Guiyang promotes tourism at VBA competition

In Taipan village, Southwest China's Guizhou province, Guiyang held a tourism promotion event at the competition site of the Village Basketball Association (VBA) on July 23.

As a rapidly rising rural basketball event brand in recent years, VBA has become a hotspot for showcasing rural culture and attracting tourist attention with its unique charm.

At the event, Guiyang joined hands with Anshun, Qiandongnan and Qiannan areas. In addition to inviting corporate representatives for on-site promotion, they also set up a cultural and tourism market to showcase characteristic tourism products, handicrafts, intangible cultural heritage, and specialty foods.

Around the VBA basketball court, more than 10 screens played promotional videos of Guiyang, Anshun, Qiandongnan, and Qiannan. Photo display and tourism route display areas were also set up, showcasing the cultural and tourism attractions of each city and prefecture through videos and images.

Air Macao and Hainan Airlines attended the event to introduce the international air routes in Guiyang.
