Policy and Regulation Division

It is responsible for drafting municipal cultural, tourism, and radio and television-related policies, as well as relevant local laws and regulations; coordinating and organizing policy research, leading surveys and research on major projects; reforming the institutional mechanisms of culture, tourism and radio and television; guiding law-based administration, and carrying out publicity and education on laws and regulations; assessing the legality of administrative decisions and regulatory documents; undertaking administrative reconsideration, response and other legal work; leading supervision of law enforcement and the reform of administrative examinations and approvals; guiding and supervising comprehensive administrative law enforcement in the cultural and tourism market; drafting industry standards on business locations, services, facilities, and product formats in the cultural and tourism market in accordance with the law, and supervising implementation after approval.
